For the second time this month I am automatically throttled in the early hours of the morning even though I am within the fair usage terms. I assume is done automatically by a computer. The problem is one customer service agents has notified me that the reason is that I am in breach of the fair usage terms whilst another the opposite as I am within the 200GB limit for the past 30 days since I have a 2MB line.
Guys, speak the truth, always to everyone and stop wasting my time. If I'm within the terms the you are in breach of contract and I am going to report this to ICASA.
