Billing incorrect advised before debit orde

Upon receiving my statement on the 21/01/ 14 which I had to request, I noted that I am being overcharged.
The customer service is so appalling, it a degration to your 14 company, I called twice on the 21/01/13 and on both occasions i was holding on for -30min before the call was eventually answered, and very abruptly i must add. Anyway the crux of my complaint is that I was overcharged I then sent a email to the below addresses and not one of the persons deemed it nessary to respond to me, I had to call in again on the 22/01/14 reference for that is 4678368, please can someone get back to me regarding this.

Thank you for my statement, however I have a query as to why am I being charged a subscription fee for my prepaid number which I cancelled my subscription in October 2013, please advise.

NB!!! I WAS HOLDING ON FOR 30min and no answer from customer care.
