This follows on my posts of Wednesday 11 December at 8.58am and Monday 23 December at 10.11am and Monday 6 January at 10.07am, as well as all of the preceding posts and queries over the past 4 months.
I have still heard nothing further from Cell C after another 2 weeks. Each time I post on HelloPeter, they close my post and say I will hear from them shortly and yet I hear nothing.
I have now received another insane charge of 750.28MB at R651.51 in one use on Saturday 18 Feb at 10.10am. My phone was not even in use at the time!!
Cell C, can you explain this as well as the following, which are part of my ongoing query of 4 months:
1. 668823 on 9 Sep 13 at 18h20
2. 659863 on 15 Sep 13 at 15h20
3. 658310 on 17 Sep 13 at 18h42
I do not wish to be told merely that these amounts are valid. I expect to be told exactly what the supposed activity was each of these times as I do not use my phone in such a manner, as evidenced by all of my other use over the past year. Do not tell me you cannot access this detail or that you are unable to release it to me. That is completely unacceptable.
