They ignore their customers and about their Nightsurfer. They continue to deduct bandwidth from Anytime data even when I reboot my computer after Midnight.
They totally ignore any attempt to communicate with them and I get a different "CONSULTANT" every time and they ask me to start all over again with my complaint.
They have money from me in the past and have tried to claim money from me that I do not owe. They are totally incompetent.
Never deal with the Governement deceivers.
