I have to upgrade now in January they telling me the system doesn't approve I have to make 3 consecutive payments, its funny cause I applied for a new line in January expensive than the one I'm currently having but it was approved. I'm dealing with an incompetent company. I called their credit department & spoke to two people that has no product knowledge then requested to speak to a manager & they put me on hold for more that 15 minutes then hanged up on me. I would never advice anyone to make a deal with them. I'm disgusted by your service & reputation. I just hope that you can be liquidated. You are a Mickey Mouse company & ould rather cancel both my contracts & go were they would appreciate me...
