I have to upgrade now in January. I contacted Alberton City branch that's were I initially did my contract. Now you giving me problems saying I can't upgrade reason being your system wants three consecutive payments & it does not approve my application, its very funny because have applied for a new contract deal that is more expensive than the current now in January & it is approved. I just want to know what kind of a MICKEY MOUSE company am I dealing with? I called your Credit Department to get closure, I spoke to two incompetent consultants on 2014/01/10 who doesn't even have a clue about your products & services then requested to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes & they hanged up on me twice. This is the number I called 011 207 8000 that's were you get all the Tom, & Herry of incompetency! I'm disgusted by your service & will never advice anyone to make a contract deal with Nashua. My # is 073 539 9191 I need feedback asap no later than Tuesday if not I will gladly cancel both my contracts & go to a Company that will appreciate my service...
