On the 28 Dec my BIS was deactivated and was loaded with R50 airtime and 25 sms. when i call MTN, i was advised i had changed subscribers to Nashua mobile. when i visit Nashua mobile, i was told RMCS has my details. I WAS NEVER CONSULTED ABOUT THIS. My life has been ever since. Whenever i load airtime vouchers it gets consumed. It way to costly for something I never agreed upon in any form. I need my MTN service back, I request my funds back. I am sick of going around like a headless chicken. RMCS promised to call me 72 hours ago but till now nothing.
