After logging my complaint had a call from a gentleman who assisted me and my RMCS was cancelled and I received two vouchers totalling R60. My phone was changed back to prepaid and although he was off work he had advised a colleague to call me on Saturday and this impressed me as I knew he was interested in resolving my issue.
