I reported my landline to Telkom on 18 December 2013. No one came back to me until i went several times to 8ta shop in Clearwater mall. On 08 Janaury 2014 I was told by my maid that an uninterested female technician came to my house and did nothing much. She then said she has to get access to another house. The lady promised to return the following day 09 Jan 2014 but she did not return and the line is still not working. I called Telkom all they tell me is they have escalated but I have no one to hold accountable because I am not given a contact person. Their 10210 goes unasnwered after 5pm
