Following a complaint i lodged in december 2013, i switched on my phone today at 12:52 and just received multiple sms's that ive been billed for content services. The amount went up to R45.65 in a few minute and i did absolutely buggerall! I wont pay this bill at end January, as i spoke to Danielle on Monday 23/12/2013, and she confirmed my unsubscription with reference nr 5638420.She ensured me that i wont be billed again, and the new year came and i was billed once again! So CellC will pay this R45.65 as i wont. If CellC does not pay this bill, then i will cancel my contract and sue them if they try and put me on ITC! So i urge CellC to get their bearings together and their consultants to do their work! Get someone to call me asap, im fed up with this!
