Cell phone contracts cnt keep the word

I opened a cell phone contract at game on the game add we should recieve 50min data 50sms and 50mb but we only get 30, I went back 2 game and told them they said I should call cellc so I did they opened up a case and they said they will get back 2 us and everytime. I call cellc they say the same thing this is from 2011 and still they have not helped us
