On the 3rd Dec 2013 I upgrade at nashua mobile in middestad bloemfontein. I receive my phone but is was a out of box failure. I return it within the 7 day period. I did not receive any feedback from the branch about what happen to the phone and when can I receive my new phone. Several attempts later from my side - emailn phones calls - and it now more than a month later and no phone. Service - what service? You are easy to bill but slow to help its pathetic.
