I just called Telkom sales from my cell phone. I wanted to apply for a new ADSL line.
I asked Michelle to call me back for the sale and was told she cannot as its a inbound call centre. Thats just a excuse.
If they really wanted the sale they would call back. Telkom sales you guys need to up your game as in serious. I think Telkom is to used of dominating the market place. Soon that day will come to an end.
