So I was downloading drivers for my PC and I have a 1MB/s uncapped account at telkom, at first it downloaded at its normal transfer rate which is about 110KB/s and then suddenly it went all the way down to 1-5KB/s, I thought it would be restored soon, but I was wrong so after 24 hours I decided to call Telkom and see if they can help me. The first time she was talking and then I was randomly cut off... So I decided to call again and demanded to speak to the manager. The next lady asked about 10 questions as to why, after that she put me through to the manager or so I thought... I waited for half an hour and still no answer so I decided to put down the phone. I phoned again and put me through only to have me wait 15 more minutes with the phone against my head. I called again and said I want to speak to the manager immediately I do not want to wait! and I waited yet again... for the fifth time I phoned and she said she would reset my port etc. but to no surprise it was still horrible speeds. She then tested my line and it was fine doing the speed as it should, but downloads are horrible... so now I need to pay to replace the router which I am renting from telkom, makes no sense at all.
