I just purchased a R199 all in one voucher through FNB online banking. (This is false advertising firstly because not once do you say that it is only for cell c to cell c). That's not my main problem. My problem is that even though I called immediately, you say that you cannot refund airtime??? Well, I have now purchased R500 cell c airtime through FNB and I haven't been given a refund. Also I spent 30mins on the phone to you guys wasting my day to get no answer and consultants directing me to wrong departments... I love FNB and have been with you guys my whole life but this is just frustrating. All I want is my R200 refunded. It is not like I am using the voucher anyway as you will be able to see that I purchased a R500 voucher which includes more than the R199 anyway... So PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
Totally unimpressed and all ive ever done is promote FNB... the false advertising is quite annoying too... in no way do you say that it is only Cell c to Cell c. I expect a call ASAP and this to be sorted out NOW.
