Paying R869 for R399 ASDL PACKAGE

I signed up with Telkom about 6 months ago and wanted their special for R399 (internet ASDL). Month 1 I received two accounts and I only paid one as I thought it was an error on their side and they cut my internet. Someone explained that two accounts was created for me and that I needed to pay the other account before they would reconnect me. I asked them to sort it out then already. Still no reaction after sending numerous emails back and forth and also calling them I have now received an account for R869 for internet usage and when I called them they said I was never on the R399 package. I am at my wits end with this company. They made the mistake when I applied at the Bayside (Table view) branch and now I need to pay this ridiculous account. I have had enough!! Telkom is quick to take your money or to cut your line but extremely unprofessional when it comes to sorting out queries and account issues. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AS I AM NOT PAYING THAT R869 ACCOUNT. I thought by using Telkom I will get better service then using independent internet companies but this has just proved me wrong as a friend pays R199 for the same service I originally requested and she has NO pro
