Contacted Vodacom on 11/21/2013 as well as 10/22/2013 with regards to my data (BIS) service being cut off early.
I was previously advised that a service ticket would be logged and the service would be extended but only after i fork out another 59ZAR. This month the service was cut early as the extension was never added even though it was promised and i received confirmation that it would be done.
While contacting them today, I was not able to escalate further than a team lead when i specifically asked for a manager. This is unacceptable and even though it is a small amount - this is a service i am paying for and if i am not getting the full service then effectively i am being short changed.
No apology was provided on my call this morning. I was told that the BIS would be extended within 1-24hours which does not help me as the service is required now!!!
Staff are so unhelpful, talking over customers, not acknowledging mistakes made.
