I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that your Modem Support representative, Maureen did a champion job for me. I don't hesitate to complain when necessary, so it's important to let the compliments flow when appropriate.
I was impressed by her patience and quick solutions offered to help me reconnect my wireless internet.. It was such a headache. Maureen's expertise and her remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. Most importantly she has displayed a positive attitude in helping me, the end-user. I deeply appreciate the time and effort he has spent to help me resolve the issue.
If the quality of a firm's employee is an indication of future success, then you guys have a very bright future. Keep up the good work!
