I placed an order at 18h39, I waited until 19h22, then I decided to ask them whats taking so long. The lady who was working at the till didnt even bother to answer me. The other short guy came from behind her and checked if my slip was there, he said to me ' sorry your slip didnt print that is why we didnt prepare your food'. The cashier didnt realise that my slip didnt print and on top of that she still give me attitude. I asked them if they didnt realise that I have been standing here for a long time, people are coming and going and Im still standing here. I asked for my money back, she took it from the till and gave it to me with no sign of regret or anything. I had to leave the shop at 19h24 without food that I waited for for 43 minutes.
