Debiy, but no acc

Good day

I Natasha Randley, went to 8ta store in 2011 Southgate Mall - jhb to see if I qualify for a contract, not to apply for one. The store took long to respond I then went to MTN and got respons asap, and got a contract . 8ta is kept sending me letters saying I am in debt. I spoke with Moloko who used to work there and Sheraaz who was manager at the time who reassured me all was well and cancelled they even sent me a email. Currently I am bieng debited last month and this month for a contract I don't have. Who will see to my bank charges. I am tired of bieng given the run around and been told all is sorted yet two years later I get debited and you call centre you get transfer from pillar to post. I need this sorted out. They took long to tell me I qualify but are quick to debiy my acc for a contract I don't have
