After logging a query on 11/01/13 for incorrect infomation provided by Mfana in January, I was called by a cuatomer care agent who assured me that my contract will be cancelled in February. I would then have to call 0821958 to cancel the contract. After calling in today 05/02/13 Kenilwe in the cancellations dept advised me YET AGAIN the contract will only be cancelled in March... She was of no help what so ever had attitude and kept speaking while i was speaking to her also she was not paying attention to what I requested her to do. I will not make a payment for the month of March as I was assured on the 14/01/13 my last payment will be in Feb. If this is not resolved I will be forced to take this matter further. In future advised your customer service agents to update comments... this is totally unacceptable coming from a HUGE network company!
