Take your money, but no service

I went to the La Lucia Mall to upgrade my phone early September 2012. 6 Weeks later I took the BlackBerry back because people on the other end could not hear me. The signal kept on breaking up. The phone was sent in for CPA - having to keep on going into the store to find out what is happening to my phone, eventually (not the 7 days as promised) an email came back saying they would not accept the phone for CPA cause their was scratches on the phone's screen... now this is where I also have a problem. They take the photo still with the screen protector on and then there was also some other scratches on the phone. I had the signal problem from day one!!! Today is the 5th of February 2013 and I still don't have my phone back. They take your money for your contract, but then don't give a about the phone. Thank goodness I could still use my other phone as I need it for my business. I too am in sales and gosh if I had to treat my clients like this, I could close up shop. I keep on getting calls from Autopage to sell me products, but no calls about when I am getting my phone.
