As any 20 year old is I was excited to get my upgrade, counting down the days eventually it came 28 Aug 2013. I get my Samsung S4 (having to fight for it and still paying more than I should I have other articles from places where its cheaper YET I STILL PAY CAUSE I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM). mY MOM AND I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 6YEARS ALREADY... So its going on 3 weeks that I have had my upgrade it has been restarting itself 23times (yes ive been counting) and this morning I woke up to the screen being frozen... I called office and get told I need to pay 200 for a loan phone, for a sim adapter as they cut my sim card and I don't get my screen covers and stuff back that ive added onto my phone. I got told I need to wait 7 working days for my new one.. I THINK THIS IS ABSALUTELY REDICULOUS I AM PAYING WAY TO MUCH FOR THIS PHONE ANYWAYS AND NOW I MUST SIT WITHOUT ONE CAUSE I CANT AFFORD LOAN PHONE. I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS PHONE THEY GAVE ME THE BROKEN PHONE I WANT A NEW ONE WHEN I HAND THIS PEICE OF JUNK IN WITH ALL THE EXTRAS I HAVE ADDED. I do hair, clients contact me via my phone
