I bought a Nokia Lumia and later found out that it was faulty and could not access the internet after phoning the call center several times. eventually i took it back and they took 3 weeks to fix the phone. when the phone came back the screen had scratches and the screen protector i had put on it was peeling off. when i complained at the branch they told me to either take it or leave it. i got this phone on contract so now i am paying for a phone that looks 3 years old yet it wasn't my fault that the phone wasn't working in the 1st place.
