I bought a Giga 100 data sim on 3 Oct 2013 since then I have battled with connectivity, endless time-outs. Connected for 2 minutes down for 7 minutes. I have been more down during the day this week for 3 days it is very frustrating. I have been to Cell C and phoned them this morning according to them there is no problem in my area. I cannot run a business with unreliable Internet.. I want the problem fixed ASAP or a full refund.
It took me nearly an hour to write this because of all the time-outs.
I also have a Giga 200 data sim that I use during the night without any problems.
