Data and voice service quality appalling

I live in the Highveld and work in the Eldoraigne area in Centurion. Since my voice and data connectivity is reasonable at home I know that the poor and intermittent service received for voicemail and data volume is appalling in the Eldoriagne area. This has been prevalent for more than half a year and since my colleagues experience similar issues it is network and not device related. A 2 MB file (photo) would take multiple attempts (time outs) and may take up to 30 minutes to upload to my cloud services. Browsing occurs at sporadic bursts at the best of times. Voice calls are frequently dropped or not relayed (i.e. goes to voicemail, although you are logged onto the network). In my opinion the problem is capacity and/or infrastructure related. Would appear that either Cell C does not invest sufficiently in upgrading of their network. My advice to prospective clients is that quality of service should be included in the terms and conditions clause of the contract. Network availability should exceed 98% and data connectivity more than 500 kbps in suburban Gauteng to be reasonable. This level of service is not achieved in Eldoraigne by Cell C.
