I purchased a Giga 200 data sim card just over a week ago and NOT happy with service. Most of the time I cannot even access the internet from 5PM until later in the evening. Cell C states on their web page that in the area where I live (Edenglen, Edenvale, Johannesburg) I should have access to HSDPA 900/2100, but I have NEVER got speeds greater than 3G. If Cell C cannot deliver on their promise then I would like a refund asap.
