I was in Botswana for 24 hours and i have recieved a bill for R 1500 for data roaming? I have phoned MTN and asked them to please explain this to me as i only recieved. a few emails and made a few calls. They said someone from the accounts department would phone me within 10 days and i am still waiting. MTN has deducted the R 3500 from my account without even explaining anything to me.
Thank you very much MTN i will not be renewing my contract with you.
