So like many others.. i have been throttled on a 1mb line, no one lose to telling me what acceptable is. So i apply for a 2mb line (as was advised by one service rep, after consideration) call support and with attitude im told that the 2mb standard line is not for me. Now im told i MUST get a 2mb premium line? WTH? why cant anyone at mweb be straight with me?
