FOR MONTHS I CAN'T SEND EMAILS, DO YOU CARE VODA?

This year I have a repeat performance from last year, where for months now, I can't send emails using my Vodacom Dongle. I can receive emails, but not send. This was reported to their most senior technical people, who (1) still haven't fixed the problem FOR MONTHS now, and (2) don't even know what the problem is. Last year they took weeks & weeks to solve the problem, and they clearly didn't note it on their system in order to know how to deal with it this time - YET AGAIN. I am now switching to another cell company, and going the ADSL route. Besides, Vodacom's cell, date & other rates are massively expensive, and South Africans can't wait for the government commission to place a block on their extremely HIGH RATES. About time. I also see that it seems VODACOM is in the TOP 5 LIST of complaints against companies. I am so sick & tired of you Vodacom, that I could throw up. And when I've lost loads of business due to you, I have in fact thrown up, twice already. Have you seen how many complaints people make about you??? Please close your company down, and quickly!!! You would not last for a New York second if you were overseas!!!
