Shocking service from Vodacom

I have been trying to get my Windows live mail fixed since the 7 November 2013 and I get no feedback and nothing seems to have been fixed as I still cannot send emails, despite repeatedly phoning the call centre for update or action. Please see below the problem:
Vodacom problems

7.11.2013 Phoned Vodacom, cannot send emails, checked server, correct, will log call with technicians
14.11.2013 Phoned Vodacom, problem still exists
21.11.2013 Phoned Vodacom, problem still exists and have further problems, will log urgent call to technicians
n.b. Received sms from Candice Major to check system and she will phone to see result. She phoned while I was in car and said she would ring back after I had checked it. She never rang back.
27.11.2013 Phoned Vodacom, nothing changed
n.b. Between 20.11.2013 and 25.11.2013 did not have internet connection

Problems that still exist
? Cannot send emails
? Sometimes deleted items return to inbox
? Can log onto Vodacom website but when I want to access my emails, will not accept my password, even though it did when logging onto website
? Therefore cannot access emails on website
? Battle to log onto internet connection
