Autopage SA are useless

Since January I have been battling with Autopage, they didn't put a 500MB stop on a new iphone4s I took out, within a week I had a bill of R4700.00 to my name for data usage..I was credited for 500MB, I don't know why as that was what I wanted to use up to, I then had to pay back to Autopage R3600.00 which I did... expecting them to reactivate the debit order after the bill was settled and I did I migration to a cheaper package... I receive an sms stating I have an account overdue of R2226.00 for Aug and Sep... Janine was suppose to reactivate the debit order as stated telephonically... that was not done, Autopage were also charging me for 500MB usuage each month on a Blackberry... the iphone4s was giving back!! This is becoming a joke, each month I receive bills of nothing less than R1500.00... I went to the branch at Northmead Square to sort this all out and do my migration, down to a contract I told was my amount, to find there was extra billings ontop of what I thought, this was going on since January!! I have had it with this usless bunch, misleading, uninformative, unfriendly... you name it, I've had it!!
