Call balance rollove

My call balance did not roll over to September 2013. I called the call centre on 23 Sept 2013 and was given reference number 2693181. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days. I have called 4 times since and every time the response is that an escalation e-mail will be sent for urgent attention. Apparently urgent e-mails are ignored.
