After receiving a bill for R21000 in internet usage (which is absurd any way). My account was deactivated on the 17th of December or so. I thought they were waiting for the debit order to go off to reactivate it. Waited debit order has gone off and my phone is still deactivated. I have send them messages twice one on the 1st January and one on the 6th of January. I am still waiting and have only gotten auto responses from them. Or as usual I'm going to receive prewritten useless information not applicable to anything. Autopage I am going to cancel my contract as soon as I can. Ludicrous billing R21000 for 11.5 GB's of data. Useless service department with useless information. Bad services. Took me 6 years to get the contract of my Dad's name and onto mine. Every time I upgraded they told me it's not on my name.
