Sudden change in contract terms

I renewed my MTN contract with Autopage after I had discussions with them over which is the best deal for me and comparing the different options from the different cellphone companies. During the first month everything worked fine as per the offer that I signed up for being the new anytime packages which includes an allowance for sms's, internet (which I was also mislead on as i found out afterwards that there is a difference between internet and data) and MTN to MTN minutes. When i phoned MTN numbers it deducted from my MTN minutes as per the offer. Then, suddenly in the second month it did not deduct MTN calls from my MTN to MTN minutes anymore. After querying this and waiting more than a month for a proper response that I can understand I was told that the terms was changed and you first have to use up your inclusive rand value and then only will the MTN minutes be used and there is nothing they can do about it sorry. I find this unacceptable and i would like to know how can they just change the terms of the contract like that?
