I am writing this email with much frustrations. I recently had my adsl line installed 012 665 0166. I initially took the 1MB service which ended up slower than my current 3G service, hence I requested that the line be upgraded to a 4MB uncapped DSL. Since then, my download speeds has been a lowest of 141 Kbps and my last test using [URL Removed] rosebank server of 0.75Mbs. I have logged calls 70CTK020913, 654CTK020913, 484CTK040913 and all gets closed but the problem persists. I understand that this is a best effort service, however the best effort speeds are just not worth the cost of this so called high speed line.
