I cannot access any information about the contract that I pay for without having to disrupt my mothers day. My cell is not receiving or sending messages and on calling MTN and waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to pick up my call, I was told I would need to ask my mother to call in. I am beyond irritated! Not only did I have to wait for 30 minutes, but the Consultant didn't even sound like she could be bothered with my problem. I am DEFINITELY cancelling my contract with MTN.
