I took out a contract with Cell C on the 20th July 2013 and received the Ihpone 4S that i applied for. It took an entire week for the porting to be done to which i had to call my previous serv ice provider myself and have the matter resolved as Cell C was unable to do so. This means that i has a phone that added no value as i was unbale to make use of it. On the 06th August i reported that the phone was faulty and that that no one could hear me when i called them. I then took the phone in for repairs and was provided with a loan phone. I waited for more than 10 days for the phone to be repaired and received a call yesterday to inform me that the phone is ready for collection but to my suprise i found that the earpiece is now faulty and i can barely hear when receiving calls. The bluetooth does not work and the WI-FI is greyed out and does not allow me to activate or make use of.

Since the inception of this contract, I've had issues and i need this matter resolved urgently
