Vodacom

I have an exsisting contract on Vodacom. October 2011 at 14:18 another line was activated on my account withour my knowledge or concent. at the Alberton instore branch - which I had to research myself!

I have bee trying to get this account caneceled since then - with log number from phone calls etc.
No one can help me when I call - to give me a update on the situation, and I have to keep RE faxing the case number and my "story", this has now been going on for 3 years!

WHY is this my problem??? - if in store activation
ANDI HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS CONTRACT SINCE THEN EVERY MONTH, NO ONE CAN CANCEL THE CONTRACT AT LEAST???..UNTIL IT HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED???
