I applied for contract sometimes in May 2013 was told the Goods will be deliver in 2-3 weeks was requested to give my delivery address.a month later the goods are not delivered no phone calls so i thought there deal didn't not go through, i was surprised to get a statement dated 04/07/2013 includes the billing for the laptop i do not have, i called the call centre to query the bill i was adviced the Laptop was sent on the 06/06/2012. it turns out the Clear water had received the item but didn't not bother to deliver the item. I tried numerus times to get through to them with no luck, Eventual on the 18/07/2013 i went to clear water to enquire of the above.the item was then handed over to me and i was promised someone will call me on Friday the 19th or latest Monday the 22nd to credit my account, i have since been trying to call Clearwater Branch to get the issue sorted till to date no one is answering the call nor are they calling me back. I don't think its fair to be charged for the Goods from 06/2013 while i only received it on the 18/07/2012, they admit it was their fault for not delivering BUT my questing is Why is my account debited as of the 06/06.??
