Cell C - The leader is customer care incompetence

Great job Cell C! After filing a report here 5 days ago, you had an incompetent agent call me to try resolve my issue. I see you take your customer disputes seriously by who you send to the table to try resolve matters. After 30 minutes of trying to explain a simple concept that literally a 5 year old would understand, the call cut out and no one called me back. 5 days later I still sit with not a single attempt of contact from Cell C and weeks later no sign of any form of resolution to my issue.
Why is customer service so poor with Cell C? After going through several incompetent agents, I made my way to several managers who were worse, as I previously mentioned. Is it really that difficult to find a single person amongst the staff of Cell C who has the mental capacity and attitude that gears towards customer satisfaction, or does CellC just pretty much not care about their life long customers and treats them like they would the garbage they throw out weekly, as that is how I currently feel.
It's actually disgusting how such a simple matter could be resolved so easily with just the right person.
So sad when big corporations think they are above everything.
