We took out a contract with MTN Cellzone Thabazimbi for two services during end October 2012. I have taken over the administration of our business during the second week of June 2013 and noticed that we are paying for a third unauthorised service to the value of R 649.00 per month since November 2012. We've been trying to sort out this mess since reporting it to MTN Cellzone Thabazimbi (where the contracts were issued) on 20/06/2013 and was contacted by Whitney Lyle from MTN Polokwane office. Ms. Lyle was supplied with all the relevant ID's and permissions to disclose information to the applicant in an effort to understand the progression of events, but with no luck. It is a month today and we are extremely frustrated! The end of yet another month is approaching in which we have to pay for a service (that we have proof of!) that we did not apply for. Please help!
