Still no joy on my S4

To whom it may concern

I have written a complaint now on Hello Peter still nothing has happened I still have a phone that is not working.
Another week has passed, surely this has to be illegal to supply clients with broken goods and just pull up your shoulders. It seems that the only way to solve this problem will be to get legal help I cant believe that major companies like your selves cant resolve a small matter like this. I will now seek a lawyer and take the legal route. thank you for nothing!
