I have had my Telkom order cancelled 3 times now by the technicians who say there is no infrastructure in my area, yet my downstairs neighbour and several other units in the complex have working Telkom lines and ADSL.

No technician has come out to my unit since the required cables were installed back in August. The call centre is powerless to assist as they cannot comprehend the codes used on the system, and keep referring me back to a Telkom store to reapply for the service. The last order number was 1037543/45 contact person is a lovely lady by the name of Sebenzile Ntsendwane who has patiently tried to assist me from the Eastgate store.
