I have a Samsung B2100 cellphone and there's a problem with the charge-meganism. I gave it in on 3 February 2013. The contract states that the repair will take 5 to 6 weeks. When I phoned them after 7 weeks, Tracy told me that the repairs can take up to 9 weeks...
So after 9 weeks I phoned them again, asking whether the phone is ready, as I am a businessman and my phone is essential for my business. She told me that the phone is not ready yet, but couldn't tell me when it will be ready.
When I phoned again after a week they told me that the phone has been discontinued and that they cannot repair/replace it.
Since then I have been phoning nearly every day, speaking to their boss, Hendrik, and their head office - without any success.
I will most definitely not renew my contract with them and will tell everybody else to do so too...
It's a disgrace for businesses in South Africa - if I make a mistake in my business, I have to make ammends, but they just ignore you!!!
