My son lost his job and could not pay his vodacom bill. He made arrangements but they went ahead and delete his line without notifying him. DELETE THE LINE! He settled the amount and was then told that he needs to puchase a new sim card, at the shop, and pay reconnection fee at THE BANK. He did it, and was now told that there are still money outstanding for this and that and that amounts to a further R845 which they told him was admin fees and that they WILL debit him now. This childs money is tight. They are not helping, everytime when he paid what he was told, guess what there is more money outstanding because he had to safe up!! This is totally unacceptable and needs to be sorted out by a COMPETENT persone please!
