Ongoing communcation for past 3 years to cancel the service falls on deaf ears - no understanding of the meaning of bad service, constant downtime issues causing loss of business, account litracy non-exsistant - does not know the what cancellation means - maybe they require a dictionary to assist / training facilities / bit late now should of had that in place before they opened / tried to explain no business can survive using Iburst as an internet solution - we are living proof of that
