Pathetic Services received from Cell C

I was billed an extremely huge amount on my cell phone contract with Cellc Upon investigation this was due to internet charges amounting to R683.40.I have logged a call in early October which has been followed by numerous calls to the call centre, emails to them, but have nt received decent, proper service in order to get this problem resolved. This is highly frustrating speaking to callcentre agents that are useless and have on idea on how to resolve this issue, or provide assitance to me. I have paid all the contract charges and the only amount outstanding is the internet charges for which I require
Proper evidence to support that I'm liable for these charges, to date cellc hasn't been able to provide this info. Yet have thought it fair n good to suspend my line, my line has been suspended on so many ocassions due to these unpaid charges, yet no one sees that this amount is under query. My line is suspended now for over two weeks, after numerous attempts of speaking to call centre agents, none could resolve my issues. I have written 3 letters and got no response to date, please help me resolve this as I'm at my wits end.not to mention the huge inconvenience this is for me.
