Vodacom graciously allowed me to cancel my contract at no cost, due to the fact that I could get no signal at home. So i really appreciate that, it was very kind of you, i'm now on another SP and i have signal all the time so that is wonderful, thank you.
This happened in December, and my account was debited in December, which i thought was my last account...
but this month they've debited my account again, and I would really just like an explanation, because since I have not made provision for this debit, it's bounced and I'm concerned about it...
some communication would be wonderful`.
