No Internet at Peak Times

Dear MTN

I am very unhappy about my MTN LITE unlimited Data Package. For some months I have had problems getting onto the Internet and thought that it was a Hardware problem that I was having.

My Hardware and Software is now up to date.

BUT still 80% of the time I cannot get onto the Internet between 19h00 and 23h30 every night. I have contacted the MTN Call Centre Numerous times to Complain to no avail.

Now 6 months into the contract I'm told that it is congestion problems in my area at night. Surely you guys monitor and know where you have problems and try to rectify them in a pro-active way BEFORE someone has to complain!!

Please would MTN be so kind as to prioritize this Network problem and resolve it immediately.
